Robert Trent Jones II Golf Course Architects is part of the team creating The Patriot, home course of the Folds of Honor Foundation (formerly the Fallen Heroes Foundation). Formal groundbreaking ceremonies are scheduled for late May, with the layout's opening planned for July 4, 2009. The golf course will be the centerpiece of Stone Canyon, a residential community in Owasso, 15 minutes northeast of Tulsa.

Experience will not be in short supply at Southern Hills Country Club in Tulsa, Okla., when Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA) Certified Golf Course Superintendent Russell Myers hosts the 2007 PGA Championship August 9-12.

Moore to Lead U.S. Palmer Cup Team

Jonathan Moore of Oklahoma State, Brian Harman and Chris Kirk of Georgia, Billy Horschel of Florida, Dustin Johnson of Coastal Carolina, Luke List of Vanderbilt, Jamie Lovemark of Southern California, and Webb Simpson of Wake Forest have been selected to represent the United States in the 2007 Palmer Cup. The annual event will be held June 7-8 at Caves Valley Golf Club in Maryland.
