Work Continues on Red Ledges in Utah
Construction is continuing on Red Ledges, a four-season recreational and private golf community in Utah's Heber Valley. The project backers recently announced the opening of an on-site discovery center.
"The launch of our on-site discovery center is an exciting milestone for Red Ledges as we continue to experience significant sales growth," said Todd Cates, Red Ledges project manager. "This new location will expand opportunity for agents and brokers within the community and will provide potential buyers with easy access to on-location tours."
The center is located on the Red Ledges' property at 1851 East Center Street in Heber City and will be managed by Steve Hextell. In addition to providing information about the community and real estate offerings, the center is home to the new Cottage Design Studio. Red Ledges recently released a selection of cottage homes and, while models are being built, guests can view a wide selection of interior finishes. There are five cottage home floor plans ranging from 2,200 square feet to over 4,000 square feet.
Red Ledges is a private golf and four-season recreational community in Heber Valley, Utah, that will encompass approximately 1,200 homes across nearly 2,000 acres. The development's amenities include an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and a Nicklaus Design nine-hole short course; a Jim McLean Practice and Instructional Facility; a Cliff Drysdale Tennis Academy; a spa and fitness center; equestrian center with indoor and outdoor facilities.
