President, Larry Razzano, is discounting the company's services due to the tough real estate state market. Razzano says that developers have used his products for 20 years and he wants to give something back by helping market the projects for less. SPI can produce models for pre-sale. Recently they delivered a model to a residential community in Orlando and the developer sold 17 units in two weeks. The model was the selling tool that drove sales, says Razzano.
