Rancho Cañada Golf Club

This 36 hole golf facility is set in the heart of the fabled Monterey Peninsula at the entrance to beautiful Carmel Valley. Both courses wind through the Carmel River, strands of cottonwood and sycamore trees, and the lush hills of Carmel Valley, providing a very pleasurable golf experience. Rancho Cañada features the two distinctive 18 hole layouts, the West and East courses.

The West Course is the longer of the two stretching to over 6300 yards. This is a demanding course that crosses the Carmel River three times and presents challenges for all levels of golfers. The par 4’s are fun to play requiring well placed tee shots and accurate approaches.

The East Course is the shorter of the two courses playing to just over 6100 yards. Don’t be fooled by the relative short yardage as the East Course presents many obstacles to keep things interesting. The Carmel River comes into play five times leading up to some of the finest finishing holes on the Monterey Peninsula.

Rancho Cañada is a full service facility with a very good restaurant and bar and is suited for private banquets and conferences. The staff is very friendly and helpful adding to a wonderful golf experience.
