The Pocono Mountains Vacation Bureau, Inc. (PMVB, Inc.) has announced that the area’s 21golf courses are open, or preparing to open, for another season.
“This promises to be a tremendous season for our area with the new course at Jack Frost National set to open in the fall, the new clubhouse at the Resort at Split Rock almost completed, and our many other fine golf and resort properties back in fine form,” says Robert Uguccioni, executive director of the Pocono Mountains Vacation Bureau, Inc.
Here are the opening dates or opening day projections of the Pocono Mountains courses for the 2006 season (several are contingent on weather – call individual courses for specific information):

It features 16 of the aforementioned courses, 11 nearby accommodations, as well as attractions and restaurants. Each course has an individual profile, and the guide also features play and stay packages at Pocono Mountains’ lodging facilities. A centerfold map pinpointing all of the facilities highlighted in the guide is also included.
