NYC Youth to Participate in U.S. Open Junior Day |

Over 275 kids from Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania have been invited to participate in the sixth annual U.S. Open Junior Day conducted by the United States Golf Association.
U.S. Open Junior Day kicks off the U.S. Open Championship week and showcases programs from the New York metropolitan area along with additional participants from a four-state region.
The event will be held Tuesday, June 13 from 9:00 a.m. to noon. It will be held at the First Tee of Metropolitan New York Driving Range at Mosholu Golf Course, 3545 Jerome Avenue in the Bronx.

About the Participating Programs
Organizations in Connecticut ($747,898), New York ($1,094,392), New Jersey ($769,536), and Pennsylvania ($2,617,511) have received 287 grants totaling nearly $5.25 Million in funding from the USGA since 1997. The funding is part of the USGA’s 13-year, $65 million “For the Good of the Game” Grants Initiative.
