Lost Tracks Golf Club
Located near Bend, Oregon, Lost Tracks Golf Club was built in 1996 and designed by Brian Whitcomb. Although only five years young, Lost Tracks gives golfers the feeling of playing at an established environment in quiet seclusion.
The 7,000-yard course is adjacent to a national forest and is carved out of a mature stand of Ponderosa pines. The old-style design includes lava outcroppings and sparkling lakes. Lost Tracks entices golfers to play golf the way the game’s founders meant it to be played.
The close proximity of the greens and the tees invites golfers to comfortably walk the meticulously groomed course. The signature hole of Lost Tracks is the 16th, a 141-yard par-3 with an island green and a bridge fashioned from an old railroad dining car. Lost Tracks offers golfers many amenities, including a full-service clubhouse, full-service instruction program, and a driving range. For more information or a tee-time reservation at Lost Tracks, call 541/385-1818 or visit the venue’s website at www.losttracksgolf.com.
