Golfers Can 'Play Where the Pros Play' at TPC San Antonio
On the heels of Ben Curtis's first win in six years in the Valero Texas Open two weeks ago, golfers can play where the pros played at TPC San Antonio.
Starting at $191* a night, guests can play unlimited golf on the TPC San Antonio AT&T Oaks Course, which is open only to members and resort guests, and relax in resort's the cowboy-chic accommodations.
Since the inception of the Texas Open 90 years ago, PGA Tour professionals have produced memorable moments - from Arnold Palmer's three-year reign and wins by legends like Sam Snead and Ben Hogan to Adam Scott becoming the first winner at TPC San Antonio in 2010.
Designed by Greg Norman with assistance from Sergio Garcia, the TPC San Antonio's AT&T Oaks Course was built to the highest environmental standards to protect one of the most productive rock aquifers in the world. The par-72, 7,435-yard layout crosses rolling Texas Hill Country terrain, framing mature live oaks and indigenous flora and fauna.
Named among Golfweek's "Best Courses You Can Play," TPC San Antonio guests have access to the Tour Academy practice facility and a hacienda-style clubhouse that features upscale dining and many amenities.
Ranked on the Travel + Leisure 2012 World's Best Hotel list, JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa offers a la carte or packaged getaway options. Representing one of the highest discounts provided by the resort, the Stay and Play promotion allows unlimited golf by day and fun times at night.
