Creamer Wins Jamie Farr Classic

Thanks to a four-stroke lead heading into the final round, Paula Creamer had just enough of a margin to survive a closing 2-over 73 and win the LPGA Jamie Farr Classic in Sylvania, Ohio. The 21-year-old finished with a 16-under 268 total to fend off Nicole Castrale by a couple of strokes.
Castrale saved her best for last, running off six birdies on the final eight holes for an 8-under 64. Creamer carded three bogeys and a birdie Sunday at the Highland Meadows Golf Club.
South Korea's Ji Eun-hee finished third with a 72, three shots back of Creamer. Chinese rookie Feng Shanshan shot a 2-under 69 to grab sole possesion of fourth with a 12-under 272 for her first top-10 finish in 14 starts this year.
The victory was Creamer's third of the year.
