Course & Clubhouse at TPC Snoqualmie Ridge Receive Major Upgrade
TPC Snoqualmie Ridge has completed a $3 million renovation, enhancing the property's dining and event spaces to match its golfing facilities. Just in time to host the Champions Tour's 10th annual Boeing Classic August 18-24, the new space offers members and guests the opportunity to sit, sip and celebrate while enjoying views of the Snoqualmie Valley.
The renovation involved new dining spaces at the grill, bar, wine room and outdoor deck overlooking the course, as well as new interiors with reclaimed wood floors, hand-blown glass accents, and more.
Thiel & Thiel, a Dallas-based firm, handled the project. The designers took inspiration from the surrounding landscape, incorporating natural materials such as stone, hardwoods, and leather into the interior to create a space that feels elegant and comfortable.
The Jack Nicklaus Signature course also received updates as part of the renovation, including the installation of 6,000 linear feet of drainage in landing zones, view-line restoration, and the acquisition of a deep-tine machine to enhance fairway surface drainage.
Additionally, TPC Snoqualmie Ridge recently hired Ben Wood, a former professional golfer and experienced club leader, as its new general manager.
"I'm really excited to launch into my role with this new canvas provided by our ownership group - Dallas-based Arcis Equity Partners - to create a member experience consistent with the quality of these renovations and our top-rated golf course," said Wood. "In my years in the industry I've never seen a commitment to quality with this type of investment in a club in the first year of ownership."
The completion of the renovation is just one of a number of developments for TPC Snoqualmie Ridge, which recently joined the neighboring Salish Lodge & Spa in the portfolio.
The Boeing Classic will debut the renovations. "We are proud that the Boeing Classic has called TPC Snoqualmie Ridge our home for the last 10 years and look forward to returning to a new and improved facility for our 10th anniversary," said Michelle DeLancy, Boeing Classic tournament director.
"Our pros, sponsors, vendors, and volunteers repeatedly comment on the beauty of the course, its natural amphitheater filled with a gallery of cheering spectators, and scenic Pacific Northwest backdrop as a highlight on the Champions Tour. It's clear why the Tour awarded our event 'Best View from the Clubhouse.' "
TPC Snoqualmie Ridge has a variety of club memberships available, including sport, social, premier golf, and junior executive options.
