Circling Raven Off to a Good Start

Circling Raven Golf Club posted strong numbers in April, the first month of the season. That Circling Raven managed to increase revenue by 18% month to month over April 2005 despite generally poor weather is testament to the growing demand for the golf club.
Merchandise sales were up 21% month to month over April 2005. In 2005, Circling Raven’s director of golf Dave Christenson was named the Top Resort Merchandiser of the Year the PGA of America Pacific Northwest Section, which includes Oregon, Central Washington, Western Washington, Western Montana and Northern Idaho.
“Circling Raven’s fast start to this season is the result of several factors, most importantly that our customers find us a great value and experience,” said Christenson. “We are grateful that they continue to consider us a venue where they can go to spend their time and hard-earned dollars and receive a high level of the customer service and satisfaction in return.”
The price of the stay-and-play package at Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel-Circling Raven is one reason the course and resort are so popular. Starting at $94.50, the package rates include accommodations at the resort hotel and a round of golf at Circling Raven.
Convenient to Spokane (Wash.) airport, the resort and golf club are owned and operated by the Coeur d'Alene Indian Tribe on a reservation covering 345,000 acres of mountains, lakes, old-growth forest and farmland. The resort spans the western edge of the northern Rocky Mountains. Golf, gaming (video gaming machines, off-track betting, bingo), top sporting and entertainment events, fine dining, plush lodging and a spectacular array of natural resources define the resort.
