Evergreen Alliance Golf Limited LP (Eagle Golf), of Dallas, Texas, and CNL Income Properties have purchased 42 golf courses from American Golf Corp., the Arrowhead Golf Club in Littleton, CO being one of the courses. Under the new management of Eagle Golf, the Arrowhead Golf Club will provide a quality and memorable golf experience to tourists, tournaments players and local golfers alike.
